EXPO REAL 2025

I really enjoyed Expo Real – after being away for two years, it was especially nice to be back on site. A direct comparison with previous years is not possible for me, but I perceived a rather positive mood. I have met many familiar faces, and my impression is that the market has come to terms with the current circumstances. It was particularly pleasing to hear about several transactions and new projects. The perception of Montano was also very positive: Many emphasized that we are more active than average compared to the overall market and are thus sending a strong signal.
