The city of Aachen is expanding its space by an additional 2,300 sqm, and an international retail chain has signed a lease for 1,100 sqm in the mixed-use property in Aachen.
Aroundtown has achieved long-term letting success at Aachen Arkaden: municipal service facilities have been gradually established on a total of around 11,400 sqm within the complex, offering comprehensive support services for the citizens of Aachen.
