Occupancy of the space planned for late summer 2026
With Atradius Kreditversicherung, HIH Real Estate has gained a new major tenant for the “Saint-Lazare” office building at Hans-Imhoff-Straße 6 in MesseCity Cologne. Atradius is leasing around 7,700 square metres of office space on a long-term basis, which is to be occupied in late summer 2026. The space will be vacated by the previous tenant in spring 2026.
The “Saint-Lazare” office building in MesseCity Cologne was built in 2020 and offers a total of around 9,000 square meters of high-quality office space that supports the changing requirements of modern working environments, such as hybrid working models and flexible communication structures. Despite the move, Atradius will retain its preferred location in Cologne-Deutz. The new address is located in the immediate vicinity of the previous headquarters on the other side of the Deutz train station. The building is DGNB Gold certified.
“With Atradius, we have been able to win a renowned and long-term user for the property. The Saint-Lazare offers the spatial flexibility and quality that Atradius needs to implement modern workplace concepts. It is particularly noteworthy that we have found a solution in close coordination with the previous tenant that does justice to all parties involved,” says Ken Kuhnke, Head of Large Tenant Support at HIH Real Estate.
Greif & Contzen acted as an advisor and broker and advised Atradius as part of an exclusive mandate.
