370m² of office space on the first floor of the tower let
S&P Commercial Development, a subsidiary of the Sontowski & Partner Group, has achieved another long-term leasing success for the Rosenheim locomotive yards. The Erlangen-based real estate company has allocated around 370 m² of office space on the first floor of the tower and eleven car parking spaces to the international real estate company CHCB, which is leasing the space for DuPont Germany.
The internationally active chemical and materials technology company DuPont, which has been represented at the Rosenheim site for over 20 years and operates a total of eight branches throughout Germany, is relocating its Rosenheim headquarters to the Lokhöfe. At the new headquarters in Münchener Straße, modern, future-proof office workspaces are being created that are tailored to the company’s requirements. The space has already been handed over, and CHBC itself is responsible for the upcoming interior expansion of the newly rented office space.
“We are very pleased to have found DuPont as an internationally important user for our space with long-standing roots in the region,” says Sven Sontowski, Managing Director of S&P Commercial Development. “The decision underlines the attractiveness of the Lokhöfe as a contemporary office location, characterised by a central location and a high quality of stay.”
With the move of DuPont, the tenants of the locomotive yards continue to grow. In addition to office and administrative uses, well-known companies and brands such as Premier Inn, Edeka and the main customs office in Rosenheim have already settled on site. More than 86% of the business space has now been let, and negotiations are currently underway for the remaining space.
Lokhöfe: Urban quarter with charisma
In recent years, the Lokhöfe have developed into a lively quarter that combines working, living and leisure activities in a contemporary way. The 45-metre-high business tower forms the entrance to the site, which can be seen from afar, and offers high-quality office space in the immediate vicinity of the train station, Rosenheim city centre and service and retail facilities in the immediate vicinity.
