Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH (Arminius) announces two new leases in its office properties in Eschborn. Kia Deutschland GmbH (Kia) is moving to Düsseldorfer Straße 36 and renting a large area there. In addition, Management Circle AG has signed a lease agreement for almost 1,400 m² in the neighbouring property at Düsseldorfer Straße 38.
The mobility provider Kia is leasing long-term office space from Arminius at Düsseldorfer Straße 36 in Eschborn. Kia Germany is the German sales company of the Kia brand and a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Korean car manufacturer. The rental was done in cooperation with the broker Knight Frank.
“Kia’s move in sets an example for Eschborn as a business location. The fact that a renowned and world-renowned company is moving into our office space at Düsseldorfer Strasse 36 confirms that we are in the strategic and conceptual orientation of our office property,” says Jesko Fink, Managing Partner at Arminius.
Management Circle AG was previously located at Düsseldorfer Straße 36 and is now relocating its location to the neighboring building 38. There, the company is leasing a total of 1,400 m² on floors five and six with a contract term of five years. Management Circle has specialized in professional development for over 35 years and offers practical seminars, conferences and tailor-made training courses for specialists and managers.
“The move of Management Circle AG from the neighboring building, in which the company was an anchor tenant for nine years, proves our ability to enable flexible solutions in the portfolio and to develop long-term partnerships,” adds Jesko Fink.
