The real estate investor CONREN Land announces a new long-term lease in the office and commercial building Alstertor 17 / Hermannstraße 3 in Hamburg’s city centre:
From the second quarter of 2026, a renowned Hamburg law firm, currently based on Jungfernstieg, will move into around 340 m² of office space in the historic building. With this lease, the property is fully let again on a long-term basis.
The building was built in the middle of the 19th century in solid construction, expanded in 1980 with a new reinforced concrete building along Hermannstraße and comprehensively modernized in 2007. It offers a total of approx. 2,700 m² of rental space. A spacious foyer with a representative entrance at the corner of Alstertor and Hermannstraße, retail space on the ground floor and high-quality offices on the upper floors characterise the property.
The property impresses with its unobstructed view of the Inner Alster, its proximity to the Europa Passage and its optimal connection to public transport via the “Jungfernstieg” U-/S-Bahn station. Several multi-storey car parks are within walking distance.
The mediation was carried out by Colliers International Hamburg GmbH.
