The redevelopment of the KÖ Gallery in Düsseldorf has reached another milestone. With Q-Park as the new operator of the parking garage, the parking experience will now be even more digital and convenient.
As part of the ongoing redevelopment of the KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf, a new operator has now been found for the large car park below the KÖ Galerie in Q-Park, following the recent leasing successes in the commercial sector. Q-Park took over the 800-parking space property, which was extensively modernised in 2023/2024, as of January 2026. In the course of the takeover, the garage will be equipped with modern parking technology and e-charging infrastructure and will also receive a modern orientation system. In addition, the entrances to the garage will be modernized as part of the redevelopment.

PIMCO Prime Real Estate is managing the property’s long-term strategy and commissioned Quantum in September 2024 with the modernization as well as asset and letting management of KÖ Galerie.

Completion of the redevelopment of the KÖ Galerie is planned for the second quarter of 2028.
