Newmark has advised on the sale of a high-quality new-build residential complex in Berlin’s Kladow park district as part of an exclusive mandate. A Berlin family office sold the ensemble at Amberbaumallee 10–22 to the state-owned housing association degewo AG.
Newmark Country Head Germany Marcus Lütgering, Berlin Head of Capital Markets Hendrik Kadelbach, Director Lennart Bischoff and Senior Vice President Simon Vogelgesang represented the family office in the transaction.

The apartment complex, most of which was built in 2020, comprises around 5,900 square metres of living space and consists of an existing building and four new buildings with an underground car park. A total of 72 apartments with energy-efficient construction and family-friendly floor plans offer a high level of living comfort in a quiet location with immediate proximity to the water. The residential complex is fully rented; good public transport connections and quick accessibility to Berlin’s city centre further strengthen the location profile.
Berlin continues to be one of the most attractive residential real estate markets in Europe. High structural demand, limited supply and stable price developments characterise the market picture and ensure continued interest from investors and public housing companies alike.
