Conclusion of a long-term lease for approx. 1,100 sqm of training and office space strengthens Mannheim as a leasing location
Aroundtown has concluded a long-term new lease at the office property “Theo & Luise”, located at Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12 in Mannheim. Meisterwerk Gesundheit GmbH, an established education provider offering master craftsman courses and specialist seminars in the fields of hearing acoustics and ophthalmic optics, has leased more than 1,100 sqm on a long-term basis and will establish an interdisciplinary campus for these future-oriented healthcare trades.
The “Theo & Luise” office building, located within the city of Mannheim, benefits from direct access to the A5 and A6 motorways via nearby motorway junctions. Frankfurt Airport is easily accessible via Mannheim Central Station, which also offers connections to the ICE high-speed rail routes between Stuttgart and Frankfurt as well as the TGV route between Frankfurt and Paris. Mannheim city centre can be reached within a few minutes by car via the B37. In addition, the “Theo & Luise” property is directly connected to public transport via the “Waldhof” bus and tram stop located immediately in front of the building.
