DVI establishes subsidiary PropAI Solutions
The DVI Group has founded a new subsidiary specializing in AI solutions for asset and property managers. With PropAI Solutions, the DVI Group is responding to the increasing demands in real estate management, which are characterized by growing regulatory requirements, increasing data volumes and the ongoing shortage of skilled workers, among other things.
PropAI Solutions supports real estate companies from strategic conception to technical implementation in the use of artificial intelligence. The aim is to make operational processes in asset and property management more efficient. To this end, the company has developed its own AI assistants and automation solutions that take over administrative tasks, automatically read out complex documents such as leases or control communication with tenants via chatbots.
The DVI Group’s know-how from the management of residential and office properties has been directly incorporated into the development of the AI solutions. The applications of PropAI Solutions are already being used in practice for the DVI Group’s real estate portfolio. In addition, several external companies use the software of PropAI Solutions, including Best Place Immobilien and Tenoris Real Estate.
Dirk Wichner, member of the management board of the DVI Group and managing director of Deutsche Bürohaus, and AI consultant Benjamin Meiler will take over the management of PropAI Solutions. Benjamin Meiler has been responsible for the development of cross-industry AI solutions for companies as Managing Partner of Velentis since 2023. Previously, he worked as Head of Innovation at Devacon and as a freelance consultant.
Dirk Wichner says: “The use of artificial intelligence is a game changer for the real estate industry. The shortage of skilled workers is forcing us to fundamentally rethink existing processes. AI can take over administrative tasks such as data collection or accounting processes in particular. This gives companies the freedom to concentrate more on value-adding activities such as personal tenant management or the strategic development of their portfolios.”
Benjamin Meiler adds: “PropAI Solutions bundles strategic consulting and technological development to relieve real estate companies of routine tasks in the long term. Our goal is to equip asset and property managers with scalable, data-driven solutions and thus increase both efficiency and quality in the management of residential and office properties.”
