Savills is developing the organisational structure in property management in a targeted manner and specifying the operational management below the management. The aim is to bundle responsibilities and further strengthen nationwide cooperation.
On 1 February 2026, Katleen Linke took over as Head of Commercial Property Management throughout Germany. In this function, she will be responsible for the administrative and business management tasks of all locations from Berlin. Katleen Linke joined Savills in 2022 and has many years of management experience. Most recently, she was Head of Commercial Property Management for the Hamburg, Berlin and Munich regions.
Since the beginning of the year, Thorsten Kampmann has been Director of Property Accounting for properties managed as part of property management throughout Germany. He will operate from the Cologne office and brings extensive expertise in commercial real estate management. Before joining Savills, Kampmann worked for WILMA Immobilien GmbH.
