MILU REIM, an investment platform specialising in the acquisition and management of logistics assets and business premises, a subsidiary of the Terrot Group, announces the acquisition of a courier warehouse located at 881 Voie du Testelet in Val-de-Reuil (27), Normandy.
With a surface area of approximately 6,600 m², the asset benefits from a strategic location on the A13 axis, at the heart of an established Normandy logistics market, characterised by the presence of first-rate occupants and a good rental depth. Formerly occupied by Colis Poste, the site has solid real estate fundamentals. Currently vacant, it will be the subject of targeted work aimed at improving its technical and environmental performance, prior to its return to the rental market.
This acquisition illustrates MILU REIM’s strategy of identifying and acquiring well-located assets with strong fundamentals and value creation levers, both technically and on a lease basis.
MILU REIM remains active and is currently studying several opportunities to acquire logistics assets and business premises, both in the Île-de-France region and in the regions.
