Industrial engineer advises international corporations in the transformation phase
Julian Schinke has taken on the role of Industrials Industry Lead in the EMEA region at JLL as Senior Director in the Consulting division. In this role, he will drive the expansion and further development of JLL’s industrial consulting services across EMEA, with a particular focus on industry transformation. Schinke comes from Drees & Sommer, where he was responsible for the strategic and organizational performance improvement of client organizations and the internal development of the consulting division in the consulting area. He also previously worked for EY in strategy and transaction consulting. At the time of his career start, Schinke had already worked for around seven years in the project and development service department at JLL in Hamburg.
The focus of the newly created role is the further development of the client-side real estate function into a more mandated, strategically integrated area. In particular, efforts are being made to increase the compatibility of the real estate organization with the management. At the same time, it is important to sustainably align the operational performance and resilience of the organization with suitable strategies for safeguarding or increasing performance.
An essential part of this approach is to support companies in transforming their core organization. By specifically strengthening the real estate function as an integral part of the corporate strategy as a necessary and currently increasingly critical infrastructure, a decisive contribution can be made to competitiveness and sustainable corporate success.
