Deka Immobilien has sold the “Muthgasse Business Center” in Vienna. The buyer company is indirectly owned by Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG and Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien. The property comes from the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Deka Immobilien acquired the office building in 2002. The property comprises around 23,000 sqm of lettable space in three components and 227 parking spaces. It is located in the north of the Austrian capital in the 19th district “Döbling” and has very good transport connections.
With the sale, the fund management of Deka-ImmobilienEuropa is optimising the portfolio.
