The family-run real estate company WÖHR + BAUER is continuing the successful positioning of MERGENTHALER: With D-Link (Deutschland) GmbH, an international technology leader for IP-based network solutions, it has been able to win as a further tenant. The company will relocate its German headquarters to the comprehensively revitalized building and move into around 470 sqm of office space. The deal was brokered by Angermann Real Estate Advisory.
With this letting, the MERGENTHALER achieves an occupancy rate of around 60% and underlines its attractiveness for future-oriented companies from a wide range of industries. Jack Wolfskin, with over 6,000 square metres, had already decided to relocate its German headquarters to the site.
