SICORE Real Assets achieves full occupancy for Global Tower
SICORE Real Assets announces the successful full occupancy of Frankfurt’s Global Tower at Neue Mainzer Straße 32–36 / corner of Große Gallusstraße. With Luxfit, a high-quality and professional fitness concept for personal training from Luxembourg, the last available retail space has been leased on a long-term basis. This is a twelve-year contract for around 380 square meters of space in a prime corner location on the ground floor of the Global Tower on Große Gallusstraße. “With Luxfit, we have been able to gain another premium tenant who perfectly complements the utilisation concept of the Global Tower. The full occupancy confirms the high quality of the property as well as the attractiveness of the location in Frankfurt’s CBD,” says Martina Averbeck, spokeswoman for the management of SICORE Real Assets.
The letting was supported by Colliers Frankfurt in an advisory and brokerage capacity.
