Düsseldorf: Aengevelt brokers TAKKO FASHION store on Friedrichstraße in the property of alstria.
Frequency generator for Friedrichstraße: As part of the company’s expansion, the fashion discounter Takko Fashion, which is represented in 17 European countries, was looking for a suitable store for its first inner-city store in Düsseldorf. To this end, Aengevelt brokers a lease agreement for around 330 m² of retail space at Friedrichstraße 19 to Takko Holding GmbH. The landlord of the space is alstria. The opening is planned for July 30, 2026.

“Friedrichstraße is in a phase of realignment. In the short term, construction sites dominate the picture, but in the medium term there will be better pathways, higher quality of stay and thus an attractive retail environment. With Takko Fashion, we have gained a tenant who recognized the future qualities of the location at an early stage and is following this path. Overall, the lease by the high-frequency fashion discounter is an important signal of departure for Friedrichstraße,” explains Tim Odenbrett, rental expert at Aengevelt Immobilien in Düsseldorf, and adds: “In addition to the development prospects of the street, another factor for the lease was the floor plan, which is ideally suited to the Takko Fashion concept.”
