SINGU, one of Europe’s leading providers of AI-supported cloud software for facility maintenance, ESG and building management, is institutionalizing its brand presence in Germany. As part of the integration of Berlin-based net-haus GmbH, which was acquired by SINGU in September 2025, the company will operate under the name SINGU Germany GmbH in the future.
SINGU has expanded its presence in Germany and the DACH region with the acquisition of the software provider net-haus, which focuses on the real estate industry. Since then, the existing competencies, teams and product worlds have been gradually merged. In the future, joint customers will benefit from an expanded range of services by combining both platforms to create a scalable and AI-supported cloud solution for digital real estate, facility and ESG management.
“With the change of name to SINGU Germany, we are creating a clear and uniform appearance and are now visibly completing the integration process to the outside world. By bringing together the brands, the teams and our know-how, we are increasing our product quality and at the same time are able to expand our range of services in a tailor-made way,” says Peter Vollmer, Managing Director DACH at SINGU.
Minh Chung, Vice President DACH Sales at SINGU, adds: “For our customers, this step means continuity in cooperation and at the same time the prospect of benefiting from the possibilities of a pan-European platform. Therefore, the integration of net-haus was an important step in combining local market experience with our European platform strategy.”
SINGU continues to consistently expand its market activities in the DACH region and addresses key challenges of the real estate industry with its all-in-one platform. The company’s goal is to counteract fragmented operating processes, increasing demands for data quality and reporting, and growing cost pressures, while meeting the need for innovative management solutions.
