Marvin Stenvers will take over as Managing Director of logistics and industrial real estate specialist LIST Bau Nordhorn (LBN) with effect from 1 May 2026. He succeeds Jens Schulte, who is expanding the management of LIST Bau Holding.
Marvin Stenvers worked as a construction manager for several years before joining LIST in 2021. After holding positions as project manager, technical manager and site manager, he was most recently responsible for the successful development of the Düsseldorf location, which he successfully established on the market in a short time. Parallel to his professional development, he completed an engineering degree, supplemented this with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently completing a Master of Law in Construction Law (LL.M).
With the appointment of Stenvers, LIST is relying on continuity and further development from within its own ranks. Together with his team, he will continue to expand the existing business areas in turnkey new and existing buildings and, in particular, drive forward diversification into new asset classes such as data centres, residential and projects for the public sector. At the same time, the focus on logistics and industry remains as the strong core of the company.
