The retailer Skins Cosmetics (Skins), which specialises in perfume and skin care products, has rented a retail space in the FÜRST Berlin on Kurfürstendamm. On around 200 square meters of sales space on the ground floor, Skins Cosmetics will offer its range of beauty and care products in the future. The opening of the branch is scheduled for spring 2027. The real estate expert Lührmann advised the tenants and accompanied the brokerage process.
Skins Cosmetics is an international brand in the beauty & cosmetics sector from the Netherlands. Skins has its own boutiques throughout Europe and South Africa. In Germany, the brand is already represented with locations in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main and Düsseldorf.
“The establishment of the internationally established beauty brand Skins complements the retail offer of the quarter in terms of quality and strengthens FÜRST’s position as an address for sophisticated brands in City West,” says Josip Kardun, CEO of FÜRST. “Skins is creating another point of contact for visitors here and is helping to ensure that trade, gastronomy, culture, work and leisure at the FÜRST complement each other harmoniously.”
“For Skins, Berlin is one of the most important cities in Germany as part of our expansion strategy. Our goal is to be represented in all major German cities. Kurfürstendamm was the central location for us, on which we focused our search for our first Berlin store. After examining numerous locations, the development of the FÜRST convinced us the most. The micro-location as well as the combination of office and retail space will make this section of Ku’damm a very lively place. We were also impressed by the architecture of the building and the generous ceiling heights of the retail areas,” says Philip Hillege, co-founder and creative director of Skins.

With the rental to skins, more than 40 percent of the total space in the FÜRST is occupied. Other tenants in the FÜRST include the biopharmaceutical company Takeda, the premium apartment hotel A by Adina, the premium fitness club David Lloyd, RTL, REWE and the Theater Komödie am Kurfürstendamm.
The FÜRST is a modern, mixed-use real estate ensemble in Berlin’s City West. On a total area of around 106,000 m², a modern urban quarter is being built on Kurfürstendamm with a mix of uses consisting of around 58,000 m² of office space, approx. 14,200 m² of culture and leisure, as well as further areas for retail and gastronomic offerings.
