SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria and ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE are continuing their leases in Frankfurt’s Lyon district on a long-term basis
Aroundtown has extended two leases for a total of around 2,200 m² of office space in Frankfurt on a long-term basis. SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria is continuing its lease at Campus Carré at Lyoner Straße 25/Rhonestraße 7/Herriotstraße 8. The company is one of the leading multi-technology service providers for buildings, systems and infrastructures. ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE, a long-standing tenant of the building and one of the leading companies in the field of engineering surveying in Germany and Europe, will also remain at the SIGMA office building at Lyoner Straße 20.

Both Campus Carré and SIGMA are located in the established Lyon Quarter in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The location between Frankfurt city centre and the airport is characterised by its excellent transport connections and its grown corporate structure. With modern, flexibly usable office space, both properties offer attractive conditions for long-term location decisions.
SIGMA was also recently awarded “Very Good” as part of the BREEAM recertification. Since 1990, BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) has been one of the leading international certification systems for assessing the sustainability of real estate.
