With a long-term lease agreement for around 300 m² of gastronomy and retail space at Schadowstraße 78, Aengevelt Immobilien has gained another prominent tenant for one of the most sought-after addresses in Düsseldorf’s city centre: Kikis Kitchen will open its new location here towards the end of 2026. The landlord of the space is Argali Eckhaus GmbH.
The rental property is located in a modern office and commercial building in a prominent corner location on Schadowstraße, which, together with Königsallee, forms the heart of Düsseldorf’s city centre and is one of the absolutely first-class retail locations in Germany. With up to 130,000 passers-by per day, excellent public transport connections and being one of the highest-turnover shopping streets in Germany, the location offers an ideal platform for gastronomy and retail.
