Artificial intelligence has found its way into our everyday work. For some, it is not yet recognizable, as it is sometimes hidden in processes. At the same time, a growing number of applications are also using a growing number of applications to speed up workflows on a large and small scale or to come up with new ideas. This development cannot be stopped, especially since the technical possibilities are far from exhausted. The next step is already in preparation: AI agents who will automate processes for us. This can be accompanied by extensive changes in the world of work. This applies both to the procedural aspects of the real estate industry and to the usage side. The real estate industry must deal with these developments. I wish you a lot of insight when reading the new point of view.
