The investment and asset manager aam2core has leased a contiguous office space of around 1,200 m² at Ohligsmühle 1-11 and Alexanderstraße 1 in Wuppertal to an international American industrial company.

The building is centrally located in the Elberfeld district of Wuppertal, directly in the Ohligsmühle area and thus in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The location benefits from the good connection to local public transport: the Ohligsmühle suspension railway station and several bus lines are within walking distance. The main train station is only a few minutes’ drive away.
