Aroundtown Achieves Long-Term Full Occupancy at the Delta Haus Office Property in Wiesbaden

15-year lease secures full occupancy at the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 location

Aroundtown has signed a long-term lease agreement for 8,000 m² in the Delta Haus office building at Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 in Wiesbaden. Of this total, approximately 5,700 m² of existing space has been extended, and the leased office area has been expanded by an additional 2,300 m². The lease agreement has been concluded with a term of 15 years.

“With this letting, the office property will be fully leased again from spring 2027. To ensure the long-term success of both the location and the property, we have agreed on extensive modernisations and investments in the existing and additional spaces together with the tenant,” says Frederic Spratte, Head of Letting at Aroundtown.

Delta Haus consists of two building sections: the iconic main building and the adjoining rotunda. Its prominent location in close proximity to the main train station and its high visibility make Delta Haus one of the most recognizable buildings in Wiesbaden. The main building features eight upper floors, with floor plates that increase in size towards the top. Architecturally, the triangular layout and glass façade are defining elements that give Delta Haus its distinctive character.

The office building is BREEAM-certified and therefore meets internationally recognized sustainability standards in building operations. A fiber-optic connection ensures a future-proof, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, providing optimal conditions for video conferencing and data-intensive applications. In addition, Delta Haus is fully accessible, equipped with passenger elevators, and offers both underground parking and outdoor parking spaces.

Delta Haus is located in immediate proximity to Wiesbaden’s main train station. The four-lane Gustav-Stresemann-Ring also provides a direct connection between Wiesbaden’s city center and the A66 motorway.
