Aroundtown has secured a long-term new lease at its Alex One property, located at Alexanderstraße 1, 3, 5 in Berlin. The restaurant chain Asia Delight has signed a new 10-year lease and will open Dao, an all-you-can-eat restaurant, at Alexanderplatz. In total, nearly 1,300 sqm of restaurant, office and storage space has been let.
Alex One is situated in a prime central location directly at Alexanderplatz, one of Berlin’s most prominent addresses. In addition to the S-Bahn, Alexanderplatz station is served by regional trains operated by DB Regio and ODEG, as well as the Harz-Berlin-Express (HBX) on weekends.
