Through the partnership, ATechX founders will have the opportunity to deploy and scale their technologies within a premium international asset base, using real assets as testing environments under live operating conditions. The primary focus of this partnership is to build on the current hunger for innovation adoption within built environment, to evolve the way humans are working and living.

This partnership will enable ATechX-backed technologies to be piloted and implemented across Stoneweg’s diverse asset classes to support operational excellence, sustainability, and data-driven management.

By integrating ATechX’s PropTech solutions into Stoneweg’s assets, the partnership creates one of the largest innovation testbeds in the industry. The deployment spans Stoneweg’s global operations across 17 countries, covering Europe, the US, and Singapore.

This represents a significant move into the global market for ATechX.
