Art-Invest Real Estate acquires Deutsche Bank's traditional Hamburg headquarters on Adolphsplatz. The revitalization 2028–2031 will bring an atrium, roof terrace, branch and café. Deutsche Bank will remain a long-term tenant; approx. 16,450 m², pre-letting approx. 75%.
