At Art-Invest Real Estate Funds, the capital management company of the Art-Invest Real Estate Group regulated by BaFin, there will be a change in management at the turn of the month. Philipp Henkels, Managing Director since the founding of Art-Invest Real Estate Funds in 2011, will step down from the Management Board on 30 June 2026. On 1 July, Eren Kahraman was appointed to the Management Board by the Supervisory Board of Art-Invest Real Estate Funds and complements the existing Board with Jan Dührkoop and Jörg Hennebach.
Eren Kahraman has been part of the Art-Invest Real Estate Funds since its founding phase in 2011. During this time, he accompanied, among other things, the approval process at BaFin for the establishment and management of open-ended special funds as well as the development of the company’s risk management system. In the following years, he took over responsibility for the debt financing business in the group of companies. In the future, his other responsibilities in accordance with the business distribution plan will include sustainability (ESG) and human resources in addition to finance.

Art-Invest Real Estate Funds was founded in 2011 as a capital management company and in 2012 received BaFin approval to launch special real estate funds. Since then, the company has steadily developed into an established provider of regulated investment funds. As of 31.12.2025, the company managed around EUR 7.2 billion in equity in 26 institutional vehicles, which are managed by around 80 employees.
