AVENTOS has leased around 3,200 square metres in Mannheim's VAREAL industrial district to Axactor Germany GmbH. Axactor will use loft office space in the revitalized building in the future.
Three data centers are to be built on the sold, approx. 28,400 square meter site. In the run-up to the sale, the seller contractually secured a connected load of 63 MVA for the property.
In addition, as a joint project of AVENTOS and minimum, a model floor is being created in the neighboring building, which is also a listed building, which shows what modern work in historical structures can look like. The opening is planned for March 2026.
The family-owned company is taking over around 1,240 sqm of hall space and 410 sqm of mezzanine space, which will be converted into office space. Cleancaro will use the new unit as a warehouse, pick-up market and repair workshop for cleaning supplies, as well as an office.
The property, which was extensively modernized by AVENTOS and expanded by a new building, is fully let to Garmin Deutschland GmbH, the German subsidiary of the active tech company.
