The AVENTOS Group has leased 3,500 m² of office space in Nuremberg’s PAOLO business park to YouGov, an international market and opinion research institute.
YouGov is thus already the fifth tenant of the PAOLO commercial district, which AVENTOS is developing into a modern, multifunctional area with office, warehouse and production space in Nuremberg. With this sustainable and future-oriented project, AVENTOS meets the tenants’ high demands for flexibility and quality. The usage concept is to be supplemented by catering facilities and a fitness studio, which will enable a good work-life balance directly on the site.
“With YouGov, we have been able to win an internationally renowned company for our office space – a company that is characterized by its high standards of working environment for its employees,” says Patrick Ibler, Head of Development Southern Germany at the AVENTOS Group.
“The contract negotiations with AVENTOS were extremely productive. This allowed us to secure excellent space for our new office,” says Jonathan Wittebol, Director of Real Estate at YouGov.
The convenient location enables optimal connections to the regional and national transport network and thus supports the logistical requirements of the tenants.
The brokerage company aptum acted as an intermediary and advisor on the letting. In addition, the law firm Greenberg Traurig advised AVENTOS on legal matters.
