Capcora advises Chint Solar on forward COD transaction for a BESS portfolio in Germany

Chint Solar Europe is selling a 56 MW/180 MWh BESS portfolio in Germany in a rare forward COD transaction. The buyer is Second Foundation; Capcora provided exclusive advice. Five projects in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg, grid connections 2026–2027, EPC and O&M included.
