Another milestone for the realisation of the first residential building site in the new urban quarter has been reached. The start of construction for a total of 179 apartments is imminent.
The private real estate fund manager Henderson Park and the project developer HAMBURG TEAM have signed the general contractor agreement for the HAINWERK office building in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
The joint venture (JV) of the real estate companies HAMBURG TEAM and OTTO WULFF yesterday celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the Hey Charlottenburg residential development on Berlin's Mierendorffinsel.
This means that 233 apartments in 7 residential properties are now occupied. In total, around 29,000 m² of living space will be created in the car-free quarter in the St. Lorenz district, divided into 13 buildings with 340 units.
