HB Reavis Achieves Further Leasing Success at Space House Following Acquisition of Asset Management

HB Reavis reports further letting successes in London's Space House: 5,640 m² of office space has been newly let, with a further 415 m² nearing completion. Since QuadReal commissioned the space at the end of 2025, around 45% of the space has now been rented or reserved.

HB Reavis is expanding into student housing with a new project in London that has received planning permission. The complex comprises 233 apartments close to London Waterloo Station.

District office gives green light: B-plan procedure for new high-rise building in Berlin at Jannowitzbrücke started

HB Reavis develops mixed-use high-rise building in line with Berlin's high-rise mission statement. Designed by Dorte Mandrup, the building has 27 floors and is 105m high. On July 1, the Mitte district office passed the resolution to set up the site.
