Berlin Senate decides to draw up the development plan for the high-rise building at Alexanderplatz developed by Hines

On 25 August, the Berlin Senate approved the draft of the development plan I-B4a-3 for the Hines high-rise at Alexanderplatz. Committee deliberation and approval of the House of Representatives are still pending. Mixed uses are planned and up to 380 rental apartments in the future.
