LBBW Immobilien celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Hain park trio on the Rebstock site, marking an important milestone in this residential construction project. The goal is completion by the end of 2026 with a total of 420 new apartments.
LBBW Immobilien celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the RIVAGE residential project in Mainz on December 11, 2025. A total of 72 high-quality condominiums are being built directly on the Rhine. The project is aiming for DGNB certification in gold.
The Frankfurt construction project "COSMO – Offices on the Stock Exchange" of LBBW Immobilien has reached a decisive milestone: The structural dismantling is in the final phase. A letting success can also be recorded: LBBW is moving into the office building.
Following the successful start of construction of the neighbouring Marina B office project, LBBW Immobilien is now also building 66 high-quality apartments and three townhouses with a total of around 6,200 m² of living space on Hafeninsel 1. Completion is scheduled for mid-2027.
