Sonar Real Estate (Sonar) has extended the existing lease of the BImA Federal Institute for Real Estate for 8,000 square meters of office space at Behlertstraße 3A in Potsdam.
Patron Capital and Sonar Real Estate (Sonar) have won the next user for the PRISMA office building in Frankfurt's "Lyoner Quartier", which is currently still under renovation. The Compass Group has signed a lease agreement for 1,345 m² of catering space.
On behalf of an institutional investor, around 200 residential units are being built at the site. The project thus makes an important contribution to meeting the urgent need for housing in the region.
