Sonar Real Estate extends lease agreement with BImA for around 8,000 square meters of office space in Potsdam

Sonar Real Estate (Sonar) has extended the existing lease of the BImA Federal Institute for Real Estate for 8,000 square meters of office space at Behlertstraße 3A in Potsdam. Sonar is entrusted with the asset management of the property by a pan-European investment manager.

The four-storey property in the Brandenburg state capital covers around 11,000 square metres and was built in 1993. It is fully let.

Walburg Attorneys at Law advised the landlord in the contract negotiations.
