Berlin: Staycity Group signs lease agreement for aparthotel in Brooks on East

The Staycity Group will operate the aparthotel sector with its 'Wilde' brand in the Berlin project 'Brooks on East'. The project comprises 222 rooms and is scheduled to open in spring 2027. It is a long-term contract of 20 years.
