Berlin: Staycity Group schließt Pachtvertrag für Aparthotel im Brooks on East ab

Die Staycity Group wird im Berliner Projekt 'Brooks on East' den Aparthotel-Bereich mit ihrer Marke 'Wilde' betreiben. Das Projekt umfasst 222 Zimmer und soll im Frühjahr 2027 eröffnet werden. Es handelt sich um einen langfristigen Vertrag von 20 Jahren.
