ZBI takes over completion of the “Central 378” urban quarter in Düsseldorf-Flingern

The ZBI Group is responsible for the completion of the "Central 378" urban quarter in Düsseldorf-Flingern. Following the insolvency of the project company, construction activity will resume in the second half of 2026; completion will take place in stages by mid-2027.

ZBI Group expands UniImmo’s portfolio: Residential ZBI with forward-looking residential high-rise “Level KS 1 Tower” in Graz

The ZBI Group is expanding the UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI fund to include the "Level KS 1 Tower" residential high-rise in Graz. The 17-storey tower offers 177 apartments on around 20,000 m² and is almost energy self-sufficient. Completion in spring 2026 – six months earlier; ÖGNI gold is being sought.
