On June 23, 2026, the AVENTOS Group celebrated the topping-out ceremony for a new building on the logistics and light industrial site “BENTO Neutraubling”. Among the guests were Harald Stadler, First Mayor of Neutraubling, representatives of the construction company FUCHS as general contractor as well as the planners and consultants involved in the project.
The new building comprises around 3,700 square metres of production and storage space. The commercial space is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026 and is available for rent.
AVENTOS acquired the approximately 13,000 square metre, mixed-use commercial site in Neutraubling near Regensburg in 2022 for a group of private investors. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the BMW plant. Of the approximately 5,000 square metres of existing space, more than 4,000 square metres have already been let.
“With the topping-out ceremony, we are celebrating an important milestone in the development of our BENTO Neutraubling project. Together with FUCHS, we are successfully driving the implementation forward and would like to thank all those involved for their commitment so far,” says Michael Rothkopf, Senior Developer at AVENTOS. “With the new building, we are creating modern, sustainable and flexibly usable commercial space in an established business location with excellent transport connections.”
“Modern commercial areas like this are essential to support the growth of local companies and to make Neutraubling even more attractive as a location for new settlements,” says Harald Stadler, First Mayor of Neutraubling.
The industrial park in Neutraubling, where the property is located at Pommernstraße 29, is characterized by numerous medium-sized companies as well as internationally active corporations. Due to the connection to the A3 and A93 motorways as well as the nearby motorway junction, the location is excellently developed in terms of transport.
