The AVENTOS Group has sold a logistics property in Maisach near Munich to Global Gate Capital. The purchase price was not disclosed. The property, which was extensively modernized by AVENTOS and expanded by a new building, is fully let to Garmin Deutschland GmbH, the German subsidiary of the active tech company.
“With the sale to Global Gate Capital, we can successfully complete another project after a previous – and very comprehensive – revitalization, expansion and leasing. CBRE acted as real estate agent in the transaction, while KVL provided technical advice and Greenberg Traurig provided legal advice.
The 13,000 square metre site comprises a lettable area of around 7,500 square metres and has five loading docks and six ground-level gates. A photovoltaic system, LED lighting, smart meters and wallboxes for electric vehicles underline the property’s high ESG standards. In addition, a BREEAM Excellent certification illustrates the outstanding sustainability and energy efficiency standards of the property.
The property is characterized by its strategic location west of Munich with good connections to the A8 and A99 motorways, which enables fast connections to the entire DACH region. CBRE acted as real estate agent in the transaction, while KVL provided technical advice and Greenberg Traurig provided legal advice.
