The AVENTOS Group has won the nationwide spa provider Wellnest for its Nuremberg commercial site PAOLO. The recreation concept is scheduled to open in 2027 on around 2,600 m². It offers its customers areas with jacuzzi, sauna and emotional showers, among others, which can be booked as a private area. This means that more than 90 percent of the PAOLO commercial district, which AVENTOS is developing into a modern, multifunctional area, is already let.
“PAOLO is an example of the potential that lies in the conversion of formerly monostructured office properties. A highly flexible multi-tenant building has been created from a classic single-tenant property through well thought-out further development and targeted opening for different uses. The combination of office, commercial, fitness, wellness and local amenities clearly contributes to the attractiveness of the location – both for tenants and users. In particular, concepts such as Wellnest underline this change and make PAOLO a pioneer in the transformation of existing office properties,” says Patrick Ibler, Head of Development Southern Germany at AVENTOS Group.

The convenient location enables optimal connections to the regional and national transport network and thus supports the logistical requirements of the tenants.
