The AVENTOS Group has won WKM Medizintechnik GmbH for a new building with 2,730 square meters on its production and logistics site BENTO Fürstenfeldbruck. The 2,310 square metres of hall space and 420 square metres of office and mezzanine space are to be handed over to the new tenant in the second half of 2027. The location serves the company as a central logistics center for the reliable patient supply of medical technology aids in the non-clinical sector. The real estate consulting firm Realogis Immobilien München GmbH acted as an intermediary for the letting. In addition, the law firm Greenberg Traurig advised AVENTOS on legal matters.

The new building will be characterized by its sustainability. For example, it will have a geothermal heat pump and a rooftop PV system. The building is aiming for the BREEAM Outstanding sustainability certificate.

The 25,600 square metre commercial site in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich has so far had a usable area of 13,100 square metres. 9,300 square meters of the existing space is accounted for by modern light industrial or production areas. The remaining 3,800 square metres are high-quality office and social space. AVENTOS acquired the site in 2022 for a joint venture together with a leading global real estate investment manager.
The property, which was built in 2009 and has approx. 125 parking spaces, is located at Fraunhoferstraße 9 on the edge of the “Hasenheide-Nord” industrial and commercial area, around three kilometres north of the city centre of Fürstenfeldbruck. The site is well connected to the national road network and Munich city centre via the B 471 and B 2 federal roads and the nearby A 8 motorway. In addition, there is a connection to public transport via the bus stop of bus line 873, which is located directly in front of the property. Due to the tight schedule, Fürstenfeldbruck station can be reached quickly at any time. The location far away from residential areas and the good accessibility to Munich and Augsburg offer the best location conditions.
