Avison Young brokers commercial property near Frankfurt Airport to Laer Group
Avison Young has successfully brokered the sale of a commercial property of around 7,100 square metres in Raunheim. The seller is a regional investor, the buyer is the Laer Group. The transaction was carried out under an exclusive exclusive sales mandate.
The conveniently located property is located in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport and offers excellent connections to the regional and national transport axes. This strategic location makes the location particularly attractive for commercial uses with logistical or service-oriented requirements.
The Laer Group is planning to develop a modern business park on the site, which will be tailored to the needs of contemporary companies.
