Becken, a specialist in project development, revitalisation, asset and investment management of commercial and residential properties, and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen have achieved another letting success for their new "Fabrik Office" office building in Munich. The technology company FAST LTA GmbH, which operates throughout Europe and is headquartered in Munich, is leasing around 2,500 square meters of office space on the third floor over a long-term period of ten years. The company specializes in data-secure storage solutions for the audit-proof archiving of large amounts of data, especially in the healthcare and public sectors. The latest leasing success shows that well-designed office properties with high location quality can survive even in a challenging environment. For the vacant space of approx. 3,400 square meters, we are in promising talks with other potential users."

HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG is participating in the financing of the project via the HMG Financing Fund II (mezzanine loan) and the HMG Beteiligungsfonds I. The external financing of the project is being provided by pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
