CA Immo has signed a further long-term lease agreement for a total of around 1,500 m² of rental space in its CIELO office building in Kasernenstraße 67 in Düsseldorf. The new tenant is CURACON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. CA Immo had only begun restructuring the building, which had previously been used by a single tenant, into a modern multi-tenant property at the beginning of 2026. With the conclusion of this lease, the CIELO is now already leased at around 84% before the completion of the renovation work. JLL advised on the conclusion of the lease on the tenant’s side and Cushman & Wakefield on the landlord’s side.

The Class A building with a total of around 10,600 m² of lettable space is particularly impressive due to the exceptionally large roof terraces in this location, from which the building name CIELO (Ital. For heaven). Two of the roof terraces can be used jointly by all tenants, while two others belong exclusively to one rental unit each.
In the course of the restructuring of the building, the common areas such as the reception and lobby in particular will be redesigned and upgraded. CIELO was already comprehensively modernised in 2020 and DGNB Gold certified in 2024.
The building offers variable floor plans and enables individual solutions for different office concepts. The modern architecture and high-quality furnishings create an identity-creating working environment for discerning users.
