Global real estate service provider CBRE has advised French cosmetics and perfumery chain Sephora on the conclusion of a lease agreement for a new store at Sendlinger Straße 18 in Munich. The retail space covers around 480 square meters. For Sephora, it is the first location in a Munich high-street location. The opening took place on April 10, 2026. A long-term lease agreement has been signed for the space.
“With Sephora, Sendlinger Straße is gaining an internationally strong player that complements the offer in a meaningful way and appeals to new target groups. The central location between Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor as well as the high footfall make the location particularly attractive and will be further strengthened by the new store,” says Thomas Nogaschewski, Director Retail Leasing South at CBRE in Germany.
