Cloudbrixx GmbH, a specialist in digital software solutions in real estate management, has gained another well-known customer in the form of City Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. Betreuungs KG (CIV). The Düsseldorf-based family-owned company, which specializes in the operation, management and marketing of primarily retail properties, will rely on Cloudbrixx’s modular software solution in the future to further expand and optimize its digital processes.
A key aspect in the selection of Cloudbrixx was the software’s ability to integrate seamlessly into City Immobilien’s existing digital ecosystem and to be able to connect other processes via interfaces. The compatibility of the solution with existing software systems and the possibility of creating a networked system landscape convinced those responsible at City Immobilien.
